Marissa Mayer interviewed

Marissa Mayer, Google’s vice president of search products and user experience, was interviewed by John Donvan for ABC News “Ahead of the Curve“.

She talks about how Google started just web search, and that Google is now offering useful tools for much more. She goes on to give the example of Google books, the innovative initiative of putting all printed information on-line and making it searchable.

A little misleading was the fact that Marissa made it seem as if Google invented satellite imagery with Google Earth, while in reality all they did was buy Keyhole.
