This one is actually on the side walk in front of the bakery around the corner…
I’ve walked past this one a million times, it’s a few blocks from my apartment and has been there since I moved to Rome in 1997. It says “The mind understands but the heart no”. Makes you wonder what became of the person who wrote this and the obviously tormented relationship.
This one is actually by an artist whose name I don’t know, he leaves his art work on buildings all over Rome. Very nice.
