Google Behind the Screen
A 45 minute documentary in English by the Dutch public broadcast organization VPRO, broadcasted in May 2006.
Documentary makers visit the Googleplex in Mountain View, California and speak to (among others) Vint Cerf, who is generally considered the father of the internet and played a key role in leading the development of the TCP/IP protocols and the Internet.

Google Factory Tour
A 5-hour (!) tour of Google in which Google employees explain the different Google products and Google philosophy. Speakers are Alan Eustace (Vice President of Engineering and Research), Marissa Mayer (Director of Consumer Web Products), John Hanke (General Manager of Keyhole, aka Google Earth). The video was made in May 2005.
